MAROŠ HEČKO

Founder of the AZYL SHORTS, established Slovak producer, screenwriter and musician. Author of many successful films, television and radio projects (100 views, OdVeci). He wrote several novels and collaborated on many films. Currently, he is engaged in screenwriting and film production. His last movie in cinemas was the successful film INVALID.
ALEX POŠOVÁ

she graduated in Audiovisual Art Production at Faculty of Film and television at Academy of Performing Arts. In addition, she has completed a year of media communication. She prefers to apply her production skills in the world of festivals and advertising. As a production power, she participated in the preparation of several film and music festivals. She loves good coffee, a book, a film and especially good music.
FILIP KUBIŠ
technical coordinator
former main coordinator of the Festival Azyl in 2008–2012, currently production manager, facilitator and IT consultant. He gradually returned to the festival from 2018 until he became a permanent member of the team again in 2020. In addition to the festival, he is engaged in advertising production and marketing. He is interested in psychology, combat sports, IT and film.
PAULÍNA VÍTKOVÁ
DISTRIBUTION AND FILM LICENSE COORDINATOR
She studied film scriptwriting and dramaturgy at the Academy of Arts in Banská Bystrica, but already dabbled in film production during her studies. She participated in the film projects Janove zrno (2019), Amnestie – Film about a film (2019) and Memories ’89 (2019), most recently as a screenwriter on the feature documentary film Geruca (2022), which premiered in September. Together with partner Michal Stašák, they form the creative film studio RYL Motion. She has been dedicated to AZYL SHORTS for the third year in various positions, this year as coordinator of distribution and film licenses. She is currently working on the development of a new series.
DANIELA ONDRÍKOVÁ
administrative and coordinator of AZYL FRIENDSHIP
Graduated from the department of dramaturgy and screenwriting at the Academy of Arts in Banská Bystrica. She took courses in painting, playing the piano, singing, and acting, but eventually found herself in a film world. While studying, she was in the original production team of the film "Jozef Mak" and participated in the script preparation about Slovak castles and chateaux for Filmworx. She is currently working on several film projects. As part of the AZYL SHORTS short film festival, she is in charge of coordinating AZYL FRIENDSHIP project.
DOMINIKA VANKOVÁ

graduate of Academy of Performing Arts, Department of Production and Distribution. She worked as a production coordinator on the films Amnestie, Zátopek, Slovo and as the second assistant director on the film Láska hory prěnáša and the series KRIMI KRAJ produced by TV JOJ. In addition to cinematography, she is also actively involved in dancing. You can also see her in the Nová scéna Theater in various musicals. She loves traveling, beer and spending time with friends and family.

He is a graduate of the Comenius University in Bratislava. He works as a graphic designer in the advertising agency Slovák And Friends. He actively participates in the creation of visuals for various socially responsible and artistic projects.
DANIELA GREČNEROVÁ

graduated from the Faculty of Mass Media Communication in Trnava. She worked at Fun Radio, Zoznam.sk, IS the co-founder of BeatBan.sk and the winner of Startupawards.sk in 2015 with the project Tootoot.fm. She is currently the CEO and PR manager at the House of ukulele agency.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER AND WEB DEVELOPER FROM BRATISLAVA. HE HAS BEEN DEDICATED TO COMPUTER GRAPHICS AND PROGRAMMING FOR OVER 20 YEARS, AND HAS BEEN WORKING IN ADVERTISING FOR 15 YEARS. HAS COLLABORATION WITH BANDS LIKE Iné Kafe, From Our Hands, Plus Minus OR WITH SKATEPUNK BRANDS saboters, zulah AND MANY MORE.
